I've been "down under" in Australia for just under a decade.

I was the star of the "Culinary Carnival Channel" which closed it's doors and tuned out in 2005.

Now I'm in the city where I was conceived (New Orleans) to open BG's (my nouvelle cuisine concept restaurant).
